Support for Work, Life and Wellbeing

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a welcoming space to talk with a qualified and compassionate practitioner about anything affecting your wellbeing. This might include work pressures, stress, relationships, life changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed.

The aim of EAP is to offer early, supportive pathways to address work and personal challenges that may be impacting your wellbeing or day-to-day functioning.

Our goal is to support you early, before challenges build up, and to help you develop practical strategies that work for your unique situation.

Reaching out is a positive step. You don’t have to wait until things feel difficult to access support.

👤 For Employees
